Per Our Vibrant Community – Wacky Wheelers was a blast. Kids loved it and it brought out cyclists and artists.
Wacky Wheelers sponsors: , Enos Park Neighborhood Improvement Association – (EPNIA) for their awesome bike program, Andrew Proctor for Ward 5 Alderman for being grand marshal and sponsor, Springfield Bicycle Club, Springfield IL for providing Rodeo bike safety, HSHS St. John’s Hospital for helmets, Third-Presbyterian Church for using their parking lot, officers for slowing down traffic.
