The Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln is currently accepting proposals for grant requests from the Future Fund. The Future Fund is the endowment fund of
the Young Philanthropists giving circle . The Fund was established in 2006 in order to create a permanent grantmaking resource for Sangamon County.

The focus area for the award is childhood development and education. One grant up to $12,500 will be awarded in 2023. This will be the 18 th annual grant from the Future Fund, and cumulative grantmaking from this fund has topped $145,000.

Access to the online grant application and instructions on completing the proposal can be found on the Foundation’s web site: www.CFLL.org . Local nonprofit organizations that serve Sangamon County and provide programs for child development and education are encouraged to submit a proposal before the November 3, 2023 deadline.
