Our Vibrant Community is teaming up with Rutledge Youth Foundation foster teens to make rain-activated art using a special art product. These teens may experience temporariness like rain, never in one place for long. They will get to leave their mark for all to see when it rains! 💦 😎 We would love to put more positive messages all over Springfield. Businesses or individuals who sponsor $20 towards this rain-art activity will receive a positive message on their sidewalk lasting 2-4 months.
